Celebrating the Church’s completion with a meal. There was lots of food for everyone!
This church is right beside the orphanage. Katherine Brown raised the funds and was the overseer of this large project. We lived in a mud house with no electricity or running water. We have many wonderful memories of this time.
This is one of many iron sheet churches in Kenya. This church is in Ramba and started under an open air structure with tree leave cover for a roof.
Katherine Brown raised funds for this church in Siaya. Katherine and I lived on site in a mud house with no electricity and no water near by. But God always provided. Neighbors were so amazing and made sure we weren’t lonely.
